"Do not book through Expedia.com (travelers Group) Mike and the hotel were very courtious and helpfil.. Expedia.com is the WORST!!!!!. This booking made as we were heading to our daughter's Jr. Olympics state gymnastics competition. This was supposed to be a double room. What we received was a handicapped accessible single room with one queen bed. As you are aware, this is breach of contract and fraud. The booking was made for four people. My daughter was to have her own room to be able to prepare in a quiet stress free environment, with room to stretch to warm up and focus prior to the competition. The competition is tomorrow, and this has been anything but unstressful. I was awake until 5am this morning dealing with this. A manager / supervisor was supposed to call to address this issue at 12pm today. That did not happen. I called at about 3:15 pg est. I spoke with Javier on a recorded line. I was told they could only compensate for $200. That was less than half of the cost of the room we were supposed to have. This is unacceptable. On the previous call I was asked what I expected. I stated, I have paid for a double room and received a single. Expedia is to either compensate with the next booking for a double room (suite) for our next trip or refund the full cost of this trip. The aggravation alone demands this, with the added impact to my daughter's competition performance, it could be much more. Couple that with the fact you are defrauding a 100% service disabled vet."

"Hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly l. The walls are think and we could hear alot of noise in the hall and the doors are not soft closing so when people came out of the room the doors slammed shut. But I would stay there again"

"Things we had to ask for: 1) a clean pillowcase because one looked like it had a bloodstain on it. 2) a second roll of toilet paper. 3) more shower wash. 4) coffee that wasn’t decaf at the complimentary breakfast, which they turned out to not have 5) access to our room because they only gave us keycards for one day instead of the two we had booked. All of these things have happened to me on other trips and I never bother writing bad reviews for those hotels because the staff was always fine at worst and apologetic and helpful at best. Not so, here. The staff was rude and acted like we were inconveniencing them any time we had to interact with them."
