The staff was helpful and the room and bathroom were clean but the safe didnt work and even though i reported they claimed they couldnt fix it. So i was forced to carry my valuable items.with me :(

Hotel needs to refurbish or finish refurbishing.

Hotel Concord Syracuse, an Ascend Collection Hotel
The hotel looks to be under renovation, so some of the areas are pretty rough looking. The room I was in appeared to have been updated rather recently, and it was decent. The staff were all very warm and welcoming.

The Craftsman Inn & Suites
Rooms were nice and clean. Great location as it’s across the street from a shopping complex. There were plenty of food options as well.
