The staff were wonderful and the place was clean. It’s a little run down and we barely slept because the walls are thin and the neighbors had their tv on full blast all night and were talking until almost 3am.

First check in was slow. I asked about the shuttle for the next morning to be told it doesn’t run on Mondays and Tuesday won’t be starting until 11am. I had asked about a 4am shuttle. Clarion Pointe Downtown
The staff was helpful and the room and bathroom were clean but the safe didnt work and even though i reported they claimed they couldnt fix it. So i was forced to carry my valuable items.with me :(
