It was our second time staying here and won’t ever stay anywhere else in Szczawnica. The hotel is amazing and so is every single staff member. The pizza restaurant is quick and very authentic and everything we ate was fresh and delicious. Breakfast is very fresh and a lot of choices. Since our last stay they built the second pool which is also very very nice. Overall an excellent hotel! Would recommend everyone to stay here.

Bardzo przyzwoity hotel w dobrej lokalizacji. TAK!

Bardzo przyjemny hotel w dobrej lokalizacji obok potoku, smaczne śniadania, miła obsługa, możliwość wypożyczenia roweru na cały dzień (40 zł). Hotel aspiruje do podobnych mu w Alpach. Do poprawy i do przemyślenia: 1) masakrycznie szurające krzesła i stoliki w pokojach - konieczne podklejenie filcami - to groszowy koszt dla hotelu a znacznie podwyższy komfort mieszkania; 2) opłata za parking przy hotelu - niespotykana w Alpach w tego rodzaju 4* hotelach, jedynie garażowanie bywa tam płatne. W tak dobrym i drogim hotelu nie powinno się żądać od gości dodatkowej (nawet minimalnej) opłaty za parking. Wstyd! 3) Śniadanie - sekcja napoi - obecnie istniejący jeden kącik z napojami i z kawą jest niewystarczający, szczególnie w dobie pandemii, gdy ludzie się tłoczą w jednym rogu sali żeby wziąć coś do picia, a stojący tuż obok stolik i kelner, który wpuszcza ludzi na salę oraz biegające między nogami dzieci, jeszcze bardziej uniemożliwiają skorzystanie z bufetu napojowego (tłok) Te trzy kwestie zdecydowanie do naprawienia. Poza tym hotel jest na prawdę godny polecenia i wart odwiedzin. Polecamy i do zobaczenia!

Świetnw miejsce na odpoczynek we dwoje

Świetny, nowy hotel. Skrzydła niewysokie i rozłożyste - co powoduje, że wiele pokoi jest umiejscowionych w dużych odległościach. Bardzo czysty i pachnący pokój, w którym świetnie nam się spało. Korzystaliśmy również z restauracji, SPA i wellness - wszystko oceniamy bardzo wysoko.
