"Upgraded to suite room which was very spacious. Unfortunately, several light bulbs in room were nonfunctional, so room was dark.
No refrigerator.
Room was clean and quiet.

Neu, sauber, modern, praktisch ist es, das Personal ist sehr jung und wirkt unsicher, unerfahren, nicht gerade Kundenfreundlich, die Antworten waren flapsig …"

"Location was close to the airport. A little far from the downtown but we didn’t go anyway as it was too hot. Pool was amazing, breakfast had a good selection. The wait staff (lady) was amazing. She made sure everything was handled and even made me a lovely cocktail before bed. The grounds are beautiful, exactly as described."

"We stayed in a Premium twin room which was very clean and very comfortable. Staff were fantastic. Hotel is in a quiet location with views over the Danube. Just a short walk from Margaret Island and taxis turn up in minutes when booked through the Bolt/Uber App. We had a wonderful stay and reasonably priced overall."

"Loved the hotel, all the facilities and the service. My only feedback is about air conditioning. Apparently the rooms are cooled through the walls which was pretty useless during the heatwave. Opening the balcony provided a nice relief but the door is alarmed and beeps after a couple of minutes."
