"All good"

"Everything went very smooth. From the checking till the checkout."

"exactly what I expected. close to transport links. the most amazing breakfast. very clean and quiet. the rooms were a good size and very well maintained. the climate controls in the room was right on point. There isn't much I can fault in the hotel. Helpful and lovely staff. the biggest plus was having a connection to the mall via the hotel and that was great for us. Would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to stay again"

"The hot tub was not working, excellent saunas and great restaurant!"

"All good"

"building is very old, though apt is considered clean. dryer is broken and could not be used. when I informed the receptionist regarding this matter, she told me that other guests had informed her days before and she thought the dryer will fix itself. Dryer was one of the reason we choose this property. will not come back. "

"The property is situated a fair walk from the main city sites. Interestingly I was treated differently to other guests that I observed, perhaps due to travelling with two small children. Rooms were serviced daily, although both days my used coffee cup still had residue of coffee that hadn’t been cleaned around the edges. "Great place with extremely helpful staff. The breakfast was good and the parking was in a safe place."

"The size of the room is good and clean. And there is a kitchen to cook your favorite meal."

"I really want to leave a bad review so nobody uses this property and it's always available for me! But, I just can't. This stay was really the highlight of a long trip. The Collect Residence was BY FAR the best place we stayed out of hotels in Split, Rome, Florence, Venice, Budapest, and Bratislava. The price was great and the property was very clean, usable, well maintained and convenient. All of that would have been enough, 'but wait! There's more!' The staff was wonderful. Pleasant, ...
