Paid £2500 because of champions league for a tiny room next to the bar so when you open your window curtain there were people playing pool and having a drink with music right outside. No room service, threadbare towels, no wardrobe, sheets too small for bed, towel rail not working, double lock on door broken, breakfast not included. I have just been ripped off. Expedia were just as bad with their terrible customer service. Do not recommend hotel or Expedia"

"I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Clark Budapest. The location is fantastic, the views are incredible, and the overall experience was wonderful from start to finish. "Avoid if you can. The staff member at night is awful. On checkout a member of the night team tried to argue with me that I hadn't paid the local tax. He was rude, this is even though I paid on check in. This is the same member of staff who would not move me to another room due to a faulty toilet making constant noise and splashing. The sink needed unblocking too. Also, there is a club nearby that pumps music until the early morning making it impossible to sleep. The bar they advertise...
