"The room / cleaning service was outstanding. Some places do not clean your room until you have been there for two nights. So it was a pleasant surprise to see that our room was clean with fresh towels and all the first day. Will stay at the Red Rock again. "

"When I booked there was no where in the disclosure that this is owned by a third party and that I had to pay for a cleaning fee since it was a condo. Shower and AC was not working properly and didn’t get fixed during our stay. The staff up front couldn’t help because the “condo” was owned by another company."

"Hotel was great, room had easy access from the parking lot with your room key. Location was well lite, I had no worries leaving my car at the location and breakfast was good too. Will definitely stay there again when in Vegas. "

"No soap provided, only one towel per room, smelled of smoke. Lots of parking available when we traveled, quiet for the most part. There were a lot of druggies in the area and you can tell a few people live here permanently, and they are a bit too comfortable for hotel-life. Dog poop EVERYWHERE! No doggie poop bags available and nobody picked up after their dog(s). This is a difficult location to walk to the strip from. Ice maker was broken when we went. The AC in the room worked, and it provided...

"Breakfast selection was great, but eggs did not taste like real eggs. They said the pool and hot tub were being renivated. No work was being done thete at all. The pool area and hot tub were just closed. I was looking forward to the hot tub. Plus ice machine was out of order on 2nd floor."

"Our room was clean and had a fridge. No information was given at the front desk about amenities. I didn’t know if there was a pool or hot tub or even discounted breakfast. I still can’t tell you! Mostly just slept in the hotel. It’s pretty close to everything. The staff seemed pretty friendly."

"We always go on the weekdays, so for me it was productive enough, unless you are going with the reason to party, I would suggest to go on the weekends, where it is booming with lots going on, but I could see Stoney’s club was happening with country music and dancing it looked fun enough to go in and enjoy the evening."

"The breakfast choices were quite good. But for $300 a night, I expected a facility in better condition. My curtains had holes in them and I wasn't able to close them all the way. The bathroom had cracked tiles, the shower had mildew and leaked water under the door onto the floor. My room was next to the laundry and there was a lot of noise from that. Definitely not worth this price. "
