"Here's the only thing: if you want a quiet room, and they ask if you'd like to upgrade you to a junior suite, be sure to ask whether it faces the pool! If it does, ask for a room that doesn't, or the bass thumping from the DJ at the Rouge Room until the wee hours of the morning will be all that you hear for days after your trip ends. Otherwise, nice hotel, enjoyable pool, very good service, wide array of restaurants on the premises, and plenty of bars to get any imaginable cocktail."

"Housekeeping didn't clean our room. We had to call for fresh towels and then when they brought them they seemed put out and upset about it. When the apartment or whatever it is behind the front desk makes food the whole first floor smells like curry. Toilet kept clogging. (Even with number 1). AC in the room was loud and didn't cool below 75. Would not stay here again."

"This is a huge facility with great amenities. Property is clean. Will definitely stay here again."

"I have stayed at this location before. The property has always been clean as well as the rooms. The things that kept me from giving a 5 star rating are: 1. The elevator is slow and the door scraps when opening and closing. 2. The front desk employee on night shift when I stayed wasn’t very pleasant when i called and went to the front desk with a question."

"Place is brand new with great amenities. Cleaning service was amazing. Room was small. But food and service was sub par. Room service menu was like ordering from a fast food restaurant and everything was to-go. Do the restaurants downstairs instead. They make you pay valet first upfront then add the additional nights to the room. If you do mobile check in because the other lines are disgustingly long you may never get their concierge service."
