"Positives - Upgraded, spacious rooms, very walkable to the Budva Old Town, lots of nearby eateries as well as a convenience store nearby.
In house breakfast has a decent spread, and coffee is good. Property is new and well maintained.
Negatives - finding the hotel parking lot is tricky and narrow, and you have to call someone to come and show you the way. For some who may not have a phone ( roaming), that’s hard.
Constructing is happening nearby so not all views are great and would depend on...

"This hotel is just about a year old, so everything still feels brand new. It has a sleek, high-tech vibe—from the doors and knobs to the modern bathroom/shower design and even the TV and remote, which my kids especially enjoyed.

"Talk about going above and beyond with making their guests happy. I had a 12 night stay in Europe while visiting Poland and The Balkins. I stayed at some nice places and met some really nice people but this hotel by far had the most pleasant staff ever. Jovaha, at the front desk, has to be the most pleasant receptionist ever! "It is a nice spot. It’s more a tiny statement. Management ed very nice and communicated well. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom Ave shower were very small but sufficient and had got hot water. Towels weren’t great, but worked. Police experiences in a great location."
