"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Yes the entrance is located inside the shopping centre but it is very easy to find. On arrival the staff were very welcoming and keen to be of assistance. Our room was spacious and came with a Jacuzzi hot tub on the balcony which was an enjoyable distraction. The hotel is just a short stroll from San Gorg and Independence squares and the Cittadella. The location of the hotel is great - near bus stop and harbour waterfront with lots of restaurant options. The food at the Reef was very good. Staff was most helpful. "In the centre of Marsalforn with a nice beach outside. Local restaurants, walking trails and buses elsewhere on the island are really accessible. There's a place to book a boat tour around the island and to Comino pretty much outside which was a touch. Roof terrace with the bar and pool were good to relax. Only down sides were that breakfast was a bit basic and the charging sockets were inconveniently placed in the room."

"The property itself was fine, although the label "luxury" is an overstatement merely referring to the hot tub. Given the listing's focus on the hot tub, an extra set of towels and bathmat in addition to what was designated for the shower would have been nice. The view of the citadel was lovely although completely blocked by a wall when in the hot tub. Further, a rug for the cold tile floor in the living room would have greatly increased comfort. Everything else was good."

"Everything about the hotel stay was perfect. It was my husband's birthday while we were there and they decorated the room with balloons and banners which was a lovely touch. The infinity pool was amazing. There is construction work going on at the moment but it didn't impact our holiday at all. The staff were so lovely and friendly. I will be definitely be going again."
