"The staff at the hotel are amazing. They are second to none. Our room was great and the cleaning staff did a wonderful job daily. The white sand beach was awesome as well. The only issues we had were getting a frozen drink served at the pool bar took a long time. Also one other issue, the TV in the room has very selective programming which is not a good thing on rainy days. However, all in all the Chancellor Hotel is a great place to stay. I can’t say enough good things about the staff."

"The breakfast was so good! Our room had lots of space for everyone in our family to spread out. The hotel is located close to so many restaurants and a short walk to D-Mall. The pool was the perfect temperature for swimming and the kids used it every day. My only feedback would be that the beds were a bit on the harder side, and with how the faucet is up against the mirror it makes it difficult to get a good flow to water to wash your hands.
