"I enjoyed my stay. The room was large. It had all the amenities I needed. The only thing I would mention is perhaps put a picture of the 18 stairs one negotiates with 23 kg suitcase. Add a picture of the stairs. I know you say no elevator but a picture of stairs is worth a thousand words. "

"We stayed from Nov 12 to 17th in a 2 bedroom apartment overlooking the pool and ocean. We had a wonderful time in this holiday apartment and had everything we needed - and there were loads of nice touches - like coffee, tea bags, some milk etc and dishwasher tablets. Having laundry in the unit was a major plus! Loads of beautiful birds and fruit bats can be seen from the balcony! I really truly appreciated this place for our time in Cairns. "

"Turned up for stay as per booking instructions to find the booking did not exist. Had to find alternate accommodation and am still waiting on refund and further feedback from Wotif team. If I could give less stars I would. Please do not book here and save yourself the pain, stress and utter incompetence I have experienced. Wotif/Expedia team, if you read this please resolve this as I am still impacted by the negative experience."

"Good value for money, place was clean and comfortable. Very close to shops and food venues. Only down side was directly below the landing route for aircraft, but only an issue if sitting outside. Reception not always attended but a phone number provided that was always answered. Would definitely book there again."

"Great area. Just be aware that the airport is not to far away and they start flying at 6.00 am. Kids used the pool and enjoyed it. Close to the walking pathway to walk into Cairns. Plenty of shops and eateries close by also "
