"The Grand Hotel Telese looks the part. An old grande dame of a hotel with lovely entrance and great hall. It was good for kids, lovely pool and the receptionist was warm and friendly. The rooms were fine and clean. Dinner let it down badly. There's only one place to eat on site, and no one was around to take our order, despite having booked a time and it being quiet. When the food came, it was bland and missing ingredients you'd expect from the dish as described on the menu. When we raised it...

"Breakfast 12/10 wowwwww"

"La habitación estaba muy bien aunque no tenía mucho espacio para poner la ropa. El staff muy servicial y el desayuno estaba bien. La piscina deliciosa y muy bueno que tenga parqueadero! Todo 💯 de 100!!"

"Service was okay the reception was very nice helpful. But when in the morning we went to breakfast the lighting was low.so we couldn't see well what was available and the cereal was by the counter and on the table was bread and some cake with no names on the display just for drinks. Plus the jam jars were on a display shelf not on the table. We had to ask for the pancakes on the 3rd day.plus no beans or hash brown. Just eggs boiled fried and scrambled, toast, sliced cheese and meat slices. Plus...

"Poor signage on street, hard to find hotel . As usual Expedia shows one room and what we are given is not the same level. This room was dark and looked out to a paint worn patio wall, depressing.Went to the front desk to change . The staff was dismissive.Told us to wait for the night manager. He arrived...rude ...huffed and puffed ...showed us another ( downgraded) room , more of a cell vibe. We went back to front desk. I THOUGHT he was looking for another room . My husband and I sat in the...

"There was minimal contact with staff and very few directions or instructions for room access and other hotel features. The breakfast was mediocre at best. The lights in the hallways were almost always off. Had to use the mobile phone flashlight on one occasion."

"The location was ideal, train and taxi stand was 20 metres & you can walk there.. The Palazzo Reale was 100 metres walkable distance. Everthing was close, shopping, supermarket and restaurants. Our room was renovated and modern. A full continental style breakfast was included. It’s a convenient and comfortable hotel. Do not expect a Resort, or spa style. Happy with our choice."

"Very nice hotel, great room, had a lovely meal, pool was also very nice. Convenient parking lot."

"Great location and staff, very responsive to requests. Will definitely stay again"

"It was very clean and the staff were wonderful considering that in this massive hotel we 6 people in my group were the only occupants! Sort of felt like the hotel in The Shining! We were told we were the last guests before it is turned into a college campus. Not sure if this is true or not. There was not a king size bed anywhere in this “hotel” and my upgraded room had a view of the dead trees and plants in the courtyard. No pool and all gym equipment had been removed. I can’t express enough...
