"Had a room on 25th floor. GREAT view of Mt. Rainier (weather permitting). Allowed access to morning breakfast and various snacks and sodas during the day.
Room lacked storage space with no drawers in furniture. Room cleaning service was sketchy. We could leave our room at 10:00 AM and come back at 3:00 PM and room had not been cleaned. Three days we needed to use the “no clean” service since we wanted to use the room and it had not been cleaned.
Bar did not open to 4:00 PM. Bummer !!
Overnight parking is $30/day. However, it is safe parking. We have recommended this hotel to friends who will be visiting Tacoma."
