"Location was a center part of the experience. Right across from the mall easy access to food/entertainment during the stay."

"Office staff was very nice and changed our room since Expedia gave me a smoking room. Otherwise it wasn’t a very good stay, beds were rock hard and super noisy, towels tiny and no toiletries in the bathroom. Parking wasn’t great either and stairs looked like they were going to fall apart."

"The lady at the counter was very kind and helpful. Our first room had definitely been smoked in and the bathroom light didn’t work. We were then switched rooms but the toilet didn’t work well "

"They need Better pillows, also quiet hours weren’t really a thing, I got woken up a lot from voices in the other room or in the hallway. Overall the place was nice and clean. Very friendly owners as well. "

"The room had ants- at least a dozen or more, housekeeping left a clump of hair in the toilet as well as failed to reset my amenities after each day. I got moved to another room as a last ditch effort to make sure that I had a place to sleep without ants... But the experience was far from ideal and although local staff did their best, the management team was never on site and never contacted me back directly. I'm livid. "The room was okay cleanliness wise but the sheet had a burn hole, there was hair stuck to the shower wall, the toilet paper was half gone and rerolled poorly. The AC/Heater needed a new filter it also didn't want to heat up until we set it to almost 80. The seal around it was coming off letting air and small critters from outside in. The water was either scalding hot or ice cold there was no in between. There were 2 sets of pillows. 1 set was completely deflated and the 2nd was big and puffy and...

"Upon checking in you had to leave a $60 cash only deposit which I’m not sure why leaving it on the credit card is not an option. Definitely did not feel safe there as a solo female traveler. The room smelled of smoke even though it was non smoking and overall old and not very clean. For what I paid I expected more. Would not recommend. "
