"Parking in the garage was safe. Very quiet and peaceful at night. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Checked in late so staff was sparse but helpful. Breakfast was sufficient. All in all, no major complaints."

However I waited over 20mins to get checked in, had to double park while checking in because the main lot is behind a gate, and the elevator was out so had to take stairs to 3rd floor. Hotel lobby and hallways smelled of smoke and room key loses programming when in purse next to cell phone. "

"The space itself was great. Just as described in the listing. The main reason I rated a 3 is the fact that the shower plumbing was not working. The first night it back up around my ankles. In the morning there was still water in the tub so I contacted the “guest services” information I was given (I believe it’s their local cleaner). The response I received was this was a known issue and they had hoped it would not happen during my stay. They attempted to find a plumber to fix it and were unable to do so. I stayed from Sunday to Wednesday and was not able to use the shower beyond the first night. Hopefully they fix the issue before they rent it again. "
