"This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel checking in. Their policy is that they won’t let anyone from WA state book with them. But that’s not listed at any point in the booking process. "Staff was really kind and the room was clean/comfortable. The short walk to the dome was great! Downside is only one elevator works, the stairs from the parking garage are locked so you cant take the stairs to the rooms, and the 2nd stairwell was locked half the time we were there.
