"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The hotel & property was grand, serene, spotless and very well maintained. The staff were all so professional and helpful. The location was awesome and so close to everything! We thoroughly enjoyed the relax time by the infinity pool with an incredible view of the marina. The staff at the pool were so friendly and attentive. Wonderful dinner and service at the award winning Beef Bar too. We would definitely recommend this wonderful hotel!!"

"Lovely short stay in this well located hotel. Our room looked newly refurbished with a kitchen area and balcony. The bed was large and comfortable. The only thing missing was a towel rail in the bathroom and a shelf to sit your toothbrush etc. On arrival you are faced with quite a number of steps which were not welcome with a heavy suitcase, however I am sure if we had gone inside and asked for help it would have been given as all staff were friendly and helpful. "The staff were excellent, on our first night the TVs were not working properly and one member of staff came to our room and spent half an hour resetting the channels and even went and found extra remote controls as there was only 1 in the room for 3 TVs, this despite the fact he was actually heading home when I went to the front desk and asked for assistance. "Everything about the AX The Palace was truly amazing, loads to around this location. It’s only a short walk to the sea front with connections to Valletta. All the tours operators are near by so booking is easy. We found a local shopping centre only 14mins away called The Point and getting a Bolt locally was so easy. The hotel has everything from a Roof top bar, indoor pool and gym. "
