"1. No lift for 2nd floor units, narrow stairs to carry heavy luggage. 2. Too narrow doors to move freely in and out of rooms 3. First two nights Airconditioning was controlled by the owner and it was put to off or not working, suffered in heat after heated email/text , they switched it ON. 4. Breakfast has very specific timings per room , need to visit only in that 30 min window for breakfast. 5. Near to Airport, and near by general shops and bustop. I will not recommend this place to anyone,...

"Das Hotel ist im grossen und ganzen in Ordnung. Das Bett war schrecklich und im Bad gab es zu wenig Ablage Möglichkeiten und Handtuch Halter gab es gar nicht. Sonst war das Zimmer gut und der Meerblick fantastisch. Das Essen war mega! Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und waren sowohl vom Frühstück als auch vom Abendessen Buffet begeistert. "Wirklich zum weiterempfehlen, sehr zentral gelegen , Bus, Strand , Cafés , Restaurants alles in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Mit dem Bus nach Valetta in 15 Minuten Flughafen 20Minuten und trotzdem im Zimmer sehr ruhig . Roof top Pool mit Blick zum Meer . Sehr gute Matratze, free wifi, super freundliche Mitarbeiter. "Situated in a great location between Buggiba and St Julien's this hotel has something for everyone. Rooms are spacious and the breakfast is great value for money, the views from the hotel across the bay are fantastic and also the courtyard rooms are really quiet and get the sun in the morning. Bus stopped located just outside the hotel on the main road or take a bolt taxi which is great value for money and takes away the stress. "

"Room small but clean, bed comfortable, shower hot, room service everyday. Facilities very good(although outdoor pool very cold, it was February and a few pieces of equipment in the gym didn't work). Drinks reasonable(2 for 1 cocktails between 1800 - 2030). Didn't eat food in hotel, so can't give recommendations(although it did look a little pricey). No entertainment. Would definitely go back for 2/3/4 nights stay but not any longer as not a lot to do in the surrounding area which is set on a...

"Booked this hotel so I could go swimming on my birthday only to find out when we arrived the pool was closed. We had a fire alarm at 4am as some one on the floor below couldn’t go the night without smoking and the hotel was filled with drunk people running around the corridors and the front desk would do nothing about it."

"The view from our room was lovely. Even by European standards our room was quite small but storing bags was made easier by an armoire. The bath was a lovely treat after a long day of hiking but make sure you have your shampoo, conditioner, etc as they are not provided. There is a standard liquid soap provided. The restaurant was very good and we enjoyed both dinner and breakfast there. "
