"1. No lift for 2nd floor units, narrow stairs to carry heavy luggage. 2. Too narrow doors to move freely in and out of rooms 3. First two nights Airconditioning was controlled by the owner and it was put to off or not working, suffered in heat after heated email/text , they switched it ON. 4. Breakfast has very specific timings per room , need to visit only in that 30 min window for breakfast. 5. Near to Airport, and near by general shops and bustop. I will not recommend this place to anyone,...

"Hotel was nice, very accurate with the photos provided for the room. I had a good time during my stay, a bit of trouble checking in, didn’t received the code to the door at noon and when I got to the hotel they told me check in was a 5pm when in Expedia it says at 3pm, I had asked beforehand to do an early check in and they helped me out with that, the room was clean and again, I had a good time during my stay."

"This is a beautiful, peaceful property staffed by the most helpful and friendly people. The reception is always manned with welcoming, knowledgeable staff who cater for your every need. "The hotel is a large corporate resort, so don’t expect the small personal touches you might find in a boutique property. While everything was very clean, the rooms and bathrooms are quite dated and could benefit from an update. Breakfast was a large buffet with plenty of choice, though there was no à la carte option. "Check in easy and polite, live piano in the lobby bar on Tues Thurs Sunday 8-11 pm, robes and complimentary bottle of red were a nice touch in our junior suite, balconies great with awesome view is the bay, and outlets were universal taking American, European, and UK charge types and maybe Australian and Asian too. "Perfect location, surrounded by shops, restaurants and bars. Can get very busy & loud at the weekend. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. No window but it didn't bother me as much as I thought it would. Roof top pool very small but a nice space all the same to sunbathe and chill out."

Great bit of advice from another review which we took advantage of, make use of their sister Hotel as it is central located and whilst this hotel has a Pool their sister Hotel has an amazing view from the pool overlooking the three cities. You can use it for free just like reception now. All in all a great place to stay."
