"We stay here EVERY time we visit our daughter at CSUB for the last 3 years! It is close to campus and their breakfast is the BEST we have ever had at a hotel! Changes almost daily with still the faves there. Spacious rooms with a cute little kitchenette and all the staff is kind and helpful. The ladies who make the breakfast are as sweet as can be! This most recent trip, we had a pet emergency at home and had to leave early. We had a non refundable rate but the night manager (wish I could remember her name! Very pretty, dark hair, beautiful nails! LOL) felt badly for us and didn’t charge us that extra night! It is times like these that have us coming back! They are currently remodeling but it didn’t affect us in any way. I can’t wait to see the improvements because I think it is great the way it is! Also, there is a basketball court, a nice pool and a decent weight room (could use some free weights rather than kettle bells) but still gets the job done! We will stay no other place until our daughter graduates! Well done to this hotel! Like a home away from home!"
