Very friendly, comfortable hotel!

Very friendly and helpful manager, we were running late, traveling by motorcycle, so we were a tad nervous, but he waited and knew exactly who we were and took good care of us, showed us how everything worked and made sure we were comfortable. This place is very well maintaned and have the beach and lots of restaurants in close walking distance. If you are considering this hotel, you dont need to hesitate. Go ahead and book it!

Terrible. They confirm family rooms for 5 people, upon arrival they said that the rooms are for a maximum of four. Still had the audacity to demand extra payment for breakfast. All inconsistencies in the booking are explained by the poor performance of the Internet platform through which we booked (Expedia.it). Everything is old, the rooms are small, the air conditioning did not work.

Friendly, helpful, great location

Cons: very tired furniture in room, needs replacing, and no kettle (we took our own, but only 1 socket in the bedroom and one in the bathroom). The parking is not actually on-site but at a sister hotel around 400m away and is really tight to access. We now have a small Jaguar XE. If we still had the larger XF model we might not have fitted. Pros: Great beachfront location near the end of the pedestrianised area, which the hotel can pre-arrange access for, to drop off luggage (freely accessible until 11am daily, so also no problem to load the car when checking out). We had a sea-facing room with balcony. Bed was comfortable and we weren't disturbed by internal noise. Air-conditioning worked okay, but we didn't use it much as preferred to have the balcony doors open. Other: Breakfast is standard 3* continental - okay for 3 days but couldn't take it for a week. Needs more variety of bread, meats and cheeses. We dined out in the evenings so cannot comment on the restaurant food. Staff: Great communication both before and during our stay. Check-in was a breeze and they explained how to get in after hours, how to use the lift, directions to parking. Receptionist at the sister hotel was super patient and helpful getting us parked. We usually use 4* & 5* hotels but booked last minute and chose Svizzera for its location and parking. For a 3* hotel, it was pretty good, apart from the furniture.

Bellissima posizione sul lungomare di Arma di Taggia. Camere un po' piccole e bagni minuscoli, però è molto pulito, il personale è gentile e disponibile e ti aiutano qualunque sia la tua necessità. Colazione buona e con buona scelta tra dolce e salato.

Läget är det enda positiva här.

Fick inte det rum vi bokat, hotellet skyller på överbokning av Hotels.com och är inte intresserade av att lösa problemet.. Enda positiva är läget mitt på strandpromenaden med en underbar utsikt om man bokar med havsutsikt annars får man stirra in i en vägg. Rummen är små och vår toalett vi hade var det minsta jag någonsin sett, Hotellet är starkt beroende av en uppfräschning.

Arriviamobin hotel lunedì pomeriggio fino a lu tutto ok ci danno le chiavi per and in camera quadrupla,piccolissima la camera x 4 persone,comunque a prescindere di ciò entro in bagno vedo 3 formiche tra lavandino e specchio,non mi sono allarmata ho pensato può succedere. La sera usciamo al rientro in tarda notte in camerabmentre mio marito va a letto vediamo 3 formiche sul comodino sposto il comodino l'invasione, a quell'ora non potevo avvertire reception chiusa alle 23!al mattino io è i ragazzi and a fare colazione impossibile tutto pieno di moscerini dalle brios ai cornetti,comunque pongo il problema delle formiche alla responsabile scusandosi mi dice gli faccio subito disinfettare la camera, la ringrazio e vado al mare. Al rientro alle 14.30 camera ancora sporca ci mettiamo a riposare pensando che passavano più tardi alle 17 usciamo x andare al mare parlo con la signora alla reception come mai la camera non era stata fatta e mi dice cera il cartello nn disrurbare! (PREMETTO IL CARTELLO FUORI È STATO MESSO ALLE 14.30)uo gli spiego che il cartello era stato messona quell'ora la risposta si ma dentro cera il cane e quelle delle pulizie non entrano, gli rispondo bastava dirlo stamattina quando alla responsabile gli ho riferiro del problema io l'avrei portato fuori! Appena sveglia il pomeriggio mi sono trovata tutto il muro e il quadro anche sotto quello sulla testatabdel letto pieno di formiche, segnalo il problema alla signora sotto e mi risponde io non vado a farle la camera
