"Amazing setting, pool, rooms, restaurants; Wi-Fi worked well. TV access was confusing; access room to water re-fills had a light that didn’t work. Young desk clerk provided incorrect information for our room directions, & water access. In-room service food was lukewarm (omelet); porridge was only provided cold, with coconut milk & honey already mixed in."

"Valerie greeted us as we arrived and showed us to our rooms, which were extremely clean and very tastefully decorated. There was an AC in each of the two bedrooms and a very large bathroom with a shower and big jacuzzi bathtub. We had been unable to rent a car when we arrived and Valerie got on the phone right away to help us get it sorted. We got a rental car the next morning. She also provided a ton of restaurant recommendations, which we tried and all were delicious! The breakfast in the mornings consisted of croissants, bread, fruit juice, tea or coffee. All were very good! We didn’t try out the pool but it looked very clean and well-kept. Overall a wonderful stay up on the quiet mountainside!"
