"We stayed at this hotel for just transit one night from efpes to istanbul. Restaurant for breakfisrt was very good. But this hotel is for family type because 3bed and 2 rooms with kichen tools. We were just 2 peoples. Hotel locate in olive trees forest. Problems is parking because it is outside to hotel separately. Suggest to load it to front desk after park car and drive car to parking lots. Generally hotel was good but note this hotel is for family group not single or couple."

A few quirky details like a shower that does not drain, no mirror in bathroom, and a low head banging ceiling but these are not deal breakers. "DO NOT STAY at this hotel! It’s nothing looks on the pictures, quite rundown damp with rude workers. Nothing works in the room including the a/c and if it works, it’s controlled by the front desk only. They don’t even give you a second key for your room. Such a disappointing place!!"

"This was a restored historic house with beautiful garden. The owner was very friendly and did his best to adjust modern amenities with partial success - bathroom was tiny, equipped with unnecessary rain shower and the water pressure was uneven."

"Beautiful peaceful property on the outskirts of town. You can also use the facilities of the larger hotel below the boutique hotel including their private beach. Location is off the beaten path so having a car would be useful for sightseeing. The staff is unbelievably helpful and willing to work with Google translate if you are English speaking. Hazel really helped us and kept smiling and being kind despite our dumb questions. Pictures are very accurate and pool area is a true oasis."
