I literally have to book another hotel in the middle of my first night here because I couldn't sleep on this god awful mattress. They also gave me a twin bed too when I specifically asked for a king bed. Staff unwilling to compromise or even consider a partial refund. Well, that's cool, ur just losing my business from now on. "Only stayed for one night but was a great room, comfortable, fab views, clean and comfortable bed/good shower, however there was a bit of a damp smell which is probably just the air con. Room was very quiet and breakfast was very lovely - although not worth the extra cost we paid. "

"Great location for exploring the sensory over loading Mong Kok area of Kowloon. Mong Kok subway station is very close by. The very nice Langham Mall is right across the street and its Asian food court is literally accessible from a bridge between the Cordis lobby and the mall. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the service is outstanding. I didn't have a chance to try their fancy restaurants but they looked good. I think this hotel is good value. "

"My overall rating is bad for this hotel because these people lack business integrity. They charged me for the same set of services twice. I even showed them proof in my credit card statements that I already had made the payment. They promised me that they would look into this and keep the duplicate charge on hold. Yet they went ahead and charged me twice for the same service. So please stay away from this hotel. They lack business integrity. Now I have to dispute the charges on my credit card as duplicate charges."
