The day I arrived I asked them what times they go pick up from the airport and I didn't have to wait too long.I was booked in pretty quickly and was take. Up to my room the room had all the amenities apart from water but there was a bottle in the room where you could fill up from 2 water machines near the lifts. The breakfast buffet was lovely plenty to choose from. The hotel had a shuttle going to the MTR metro every 30mins and it was always packed it would do pick up to from from the MTR from ...

Clean rooms located next to a subway station and staff very helpful.

Brilliant stay. Very attentive friendly staff. Clean spacious well thought out rooms with comfy beds and amenities. Lovely cocktail bar and well equipped gym. Great transport links to HK island & Kowloon and airport shuttle service. Made full use of the fantastic shopping area and trekking around Lantau Island. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Close to the airport, close to restaurants and take away and most importantly, worth every single dollar.

Brilliant shower , lovely bed and very helpful staff. Thank you

Simple walk from the terminal, supper buffet dinner and breakfast, perfect mattress, are and shower. Ideal.

It was all just exactly what you would need to have for short visit stay. Very nice bed, very clean room, very nice shower, basic essentials to use without needing to open your suitcase anymore. Airport shuttle is quite frequent and free, feels like a cherry on top! Would stay here again next time. Thank you!!

We have a fantastic stay the staff were friendly and helpful, the pool looks great although I didn’t use it .

Arrived late and after six pm . The village is car free so the airport taxi has to leave you at the bus station. The water taxi which would have you at the hotel in 2 minutes does not run after six and you have to walk 25 mins with your cases through the village in the dark to the hotel and directions are not good. Villagers were helpful though and kept sending us in the right direction. Beautiful hotel and good restaurant make up for the walk.

The hotel is stunning and perfect for families as so much care and attention to safety. We were a couple and found it a fantastic place to stay Breakfast was amazing so much choice even though it basically catered to the Asian clientele there was still plenty of choice. Rooms staff pool games gym so much to do. Would give it all 100%

Lovely views. 👌

Gorgeous pool and great services and great size room

This is an amazing hotel where all rooms have ocean views. We had a twin room which was extremely spacious and came with a fridge, kettle, coffee machine and air conditioning, We found the free shuttle bus to and from the nearest metro station really helpful as it would have been too far to walk. The infinity pool was wonderful too and Staff were very helpful. We will definitely come back to the Fullerton.

Teaspoon in room was not cleaned properly. Still sticky with stained.

Amazing hotel!!!!Nice staff,lovely location,very clean and beautiful!

All the staff speak English with great charm and they make the hotel a pleasure to stay at. The room was spacious, well equipped and spotless. Excellent housekeeping staff. The hotel is in an excellent location with all amenities within easy reach. Restaurants are all excellent and the cuisine of a very high calibre. Could not have been better looked after....

This is a great hotel to stay when travelling to Kowloon. they serve a very good breakfast every morning, with both European and Asian choices. The location is brilliant, being only a 5 minute walk to the Star Ferry terminal, and minutes form great shopping malls , major stores, hundreds of eateries and many bars. The staff in this hotel go the extra mile to make your stay as pleasant as possible, especially the room maids who always greet you every day with a smile and some friendly chat. The...
