"房間清潔整齊寬敞；酒店環境相當好👍👍👍，休息時間很寧靜；早餐非常豐盛😋。餐廳和酒店職員10分有禮貌和主動提供協助，十分細心和貼心。我們check out時遇着黃雨，外面傾盆大雨，酒店職員主動詢問我們有否需要返回房間，待雨勢稍為緩和後才離開。我們對酒店的整體環境和服務相當滿意💯💯十分值得推介🉐🉐"

"This hotel is very clean and the staff are really friendly and helpful. They also have the airport shuttle which is very convenient! They also have kids play room, so my daughters don’t feel bored when they stay in the hotel. They also have the outdoor pool, but the water is cold. All in all, this hotel is great!"

"Great place to stay! I had a long layover and chose this hotel for one night, however I would’ve stayed longer if I could. It has a great view of the ocean, beautiful surrounding landscape, and close by shops and restaurants. No problem getting a taxi to and from the airport."

"Everyone was very nice! The room was clean but tiny. Luckily I was only one person, because it would have been a struggle for 2 in that space. I should have noted the room size when I booked. Also its a 10+ minute walk from where the taxi drops you, so too much luggage would be tough. Also as noted there is no elevator so you need to lug your stuff up the stairs. No one offered to help."

"Experienced elevator free fall and on the day I’m heading out, the hotel got me a taxi that can’t not accept visa or octopus card,after I arrive, the driver won’t drop me off and I end up paid 2 times taxi fare to pay him to drive me back to hotel,and the taxi driver verbally bullied me and I have to pay another taxi to drive me to ferry again. Horrible experience."

"The airport shuttle only stops at the Novotel Hotel in Tung Chung, which is not convenient for travelers. As we had just arrived in Hong Kong, we were unfamiliar with the area and found it confusing to walk from the Novotel to the Silveri Hotel."
