"翌日のゴルフコンペに備えて前乗りで利用させていただきました。備え付けの駐車場は台数に限りがあり停められませんでしたが、隣接するコインパーキングに宿泊利用者は無料で停められます。比較的新しいホテルなのか、設備はとても綺麗でした。アメニティも各種揃っており、館内着もありました。利用したタイミングがシルバーウィーク前日だったからか、若いグループでの利用客が以外と多い印象でしたが、グループで来ている人たちは2F以上、単身の私は1Fの部屋を用意いただけたので騒音に悩まされることなくゆっくり休めました。今回は時間が無くて食事や大浴場は利用できませんでしたが、また近くでゴルフイベントがあるときなど、是非利用したいと思えるホテルでした。"

There were 3 domes but we were assigned the one with the worst view which cannot see the Kominato railway at all. "Directions from the train station are good up to a point where there is no more direction. Could be better signs to the hotel entrance Checking in through self help screen and is not very user friendly. First my passport was not recognized. Then my reservation number was not recognized. Needed an employee to help. Took about 15 minutes what could have been done in 5 min. Signing into hotel wifi is a trick. You have to use the QR code on the tv screen to get the password. The screen comes up for about 1 second. After about 5 tries being ready with the phone the second the screen comes up, i was able to get the wife password. Room temp was 27C when we arrived. Can be adjusted with a remote control."

"I enjoyed everything about this hotel! Honestly, I could have stayed at the hotel all day without going out if we didn’t already have plans. The hotel was extremely clean and provided everything we needed, including pajamas, slippers, and toiletries. The staff was very nice and helpful, and everyone we encountered spoke English, which made communication easy. Some days were rainy, and the hotel even provided umbrellas for guests to use when needed. The hotel has an on-site restaurant and a 24-hour FamilyMart, which was extremely convenient. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe, and the subway station was right across the street, making it easy to get around. It was also only three stops away from Disney, which was perfect for us! One of my favorite things was the bathhouse and steam room. After a long day of sightseeing and walking around Japan, it was the perfect place to relax, unwind, and reset. I loved this hotel so much that I can’t see myself staying anywhere else when visiting Japan. This will definitely be my go-to hotel every time I go back!"
