Value for money
The hotel is located in a multi-storey building together with an assortment of other tenants. You need to locate this building and go up to 11th floor for the reception. The room is windowless and is typically furnished like an Asian hotel with slippers, hair dryer, safe, fridge and complete toiletries. There is a large area behind the reception with self service laundry, coffee machine, basic bread and jam and seating places. Excellent value for money. The possible down side is the poor design of the elevator system (too many floors and no service lifts for service staff) leading to long waiting time.

Staff were extremely accommodating and helpful with arranging airport transportation and check in at night. They upgraded me to a family suite with a window which was lovely. Rooms are on the smaller size but more than sufficient space, rooms and linens are clean and comfortable with refreshment and basic toiletries offered in room. Hotel is in perfect location for travellers being directly across from Taipei main station, with plenty of shops, restaurants and tourist sites nearby. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

It is located right across the Taipei train station on the blue MRT line so it was super convenient to go places from the hotel. It was a little hard to find because it was in a mixed commercial building. The staff cleaned our room every day. My husband found a smudge mark on the pillow and that gave me doubt to their cleaniness. The price is good though.

Quality matching the price
The stay was alright, the quality was consistent with the low price so cannot complain too much. The location is fantastic, situated in the blue and red metro lines. The hotel itself is an office building, and uses mostly LED lighting which is rather darkish throughout. No windows. The walls are thin so you can hear the next room TV or people talking. There is a layer of old dust in the wall cracks and small holes so they haven't done a deep cleaning in a while. The hotel staff are efficient, no complaints there.

Only positive thing about this property is the location. Negatives: 1. cramped rooms needing maintenance and updates, e.g. doors that wouldn't lock and air conditioners and that don't work; 2. wait times for elevators can stretch into the 10 minute mark; 3. while laundry is advertised as free, during our stay, only two washers and dryers were working for the entire hotel; 4. surly staff who obviously didn't care about guests and could not bothered to even look up from whatever they're doing to answer a question. Disappointed and will not return.

1. Noisy. Can hear conversations from the hallway and next room. 2. My biggest gripe was the elevators. Only 4 elevators can reach the room floors. Elevators were slow and therefore usually packed. Could take 15 to 20 minutes to get on one during peak hours (morning and evening). 3. Carpet in the room was dark.. and did not look clean and the carpet had this humid, stuffy smell.

Small room but comfortable stay
Very small room for the 4-bedder (two double beds). No space for decently sized table and chair even, so we had a small table. Otherwise it was a good stay. Very very convenient location, with the Taipei Main Station (and the attached underground shopping malls) at your doorstep. They don't provide breakfast, but they have free coffee and tea and toast from 7am to 10pm everyday. I recommend going out to the street stalls next to the hotel to buy your breakfast though. The pancakes and toasts are fantastic.

Location is great. Easy to find. We have 2 double bed room. There is no space to open the luggages fully. If we did, there will be no space to walk. The wait for lift is long though as it is shared among other commercial units. Although it is a plus point to have the washer and dryer, there are too many people waiting for them which makes it inconvenient. We wash the clothes but didnt use the dryer as we didnt find the dryer clean,we brought the items to another hotel to dry instead since we shifted to another hotel the same day. The bed here is too soft to sleep well.

Nice location, clean and enough space of room and amenities. Most of staffs were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed staying this hotel during my trip. If I catch a chance to go Taiwan again, I would love to stay the hotel surely.

Very close to Taipei Main station, easy access with lift close to the hotel (exit Z4) no need to carry the luggages up the station stares. Also a bus stop right in front of the hotel, great if you use public transports and there are a lot of shops and convenience store near by.

Convenient but noisy
As long as you’re not on the 7th floor this hotel is fine for a quick overnight stay in Taipei. Its location by the train station is convenient and we found it easily. Why not 7th floor? Because we were woken up early by the loud music from the World Gym from the floor below. We could hear every word the trainer was shouting out.

A budget hotel within an office block. Reception located at level 11, and guestrooms at level 7 & 8. Great location in front of Taipei main station.
