"The hotel is clean, convenient and room is spacious. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Have free water, coffee and tea in the lobby. New regulations would not allow the hotel to provide tooth brush and toothpaste, so travelers should prepare. Otherwise very comfortable stay overall. Would stay there again. "

"I had a great stay at Caesar Metro Taipei Hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, which was a nice way to start the day. It is a little pricey, but they do provide a discount for hotel guests, which helps. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would gladly stay here again."

"Great location and a comfortable stay whether for one night or many. I've stayed here before and really enjoyed the property and the staff. Having stayed several days once in January, I decided to stay again for a one-night trip on my way to the US. The staff is well informed and tells you everything upfront in terms of late check outs, breakfast and everything else. I took a chance and did ask if I could check out late by one hour but was told I'd have to pay for the extra hour -- granted, they did tell me this when I checked in but I've had other properties around the world break the rules, especially for a return guest. That said, for all I know they're fully booked and needed the room so I won't hold it against them. Another big plus, two free bottles of water in the room and there are more bottles in the lobby if you need more (also free). Love that! Yes, I will stay here again on my next trip to Taipei. If you're going to be bouncing around Taipei by the great MRT system, the Dongmen station is just a few steps away from the hotel so you can't beat it."

"I never write reviews- but for the Rido I am happy to! My partner and I stayed here for our last two nights in Taiwan. Firstly, being across from Daan park was a perfect location, a couple of minute away walk from the mrt. The rooms are very well detailed providing everything I would want in a room along with the decor that continues throughout the hotel itself. Gives an older feel but very clean and quiet. Staff were helpful regarding any questions, easy check in & out and no issues with leaving our bags after check out. The day we had our room cleaned, we came back to a surprise of snacks! (Bananas, crackers & a sweet). Thanks for the wonderful stay."
