"It has been on my bucket list for 25 years to stay at Chateau Lake Louise and it didn't disappoint. We had a wonderful stay high was amazing, Louiza Restaurant fabulous food and service. We had an afternoon in the Artisan Wellness Spa and well worth the money. Could not fault our stay at all. All the staff were very friendly and helpful rooms were spotlessly clean and very big. Loved our stay"

"Hotel room was clean and spacious with lots of room for four adults. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was well stocked and had a good amount of selection. There was a lady filling up supplies and cleaning the area the whole time which was nice. Great location for the Skybridge and Glacier River Rafts. Would stay here again."

"Breakfasts was terrible, food was cold and horrible, tasteless, pancake mechine was not always working but when it worked it was good. Breakfast staff was miserable, doesn't even smile. Front desk staff was very helpful and very pleasant. Hot tub was hot but not working no bubbles, pool was very cold. Room was clean but notenogh towels."
