"I loved the location. It’s far from the city but not too far. It was a great location if you came from Narita airport because theirs a direct train that’s quick. 3-5 minute walk to the station. I did fight the washer/dryer. I was there for quite a while for it to take my coins. Staff did respond quickly so I did feel better. By the time someone came by the machine finally took my money. I enjoyed my stay and convenience store was around the corner!"

"All one room (minus laundry and bathrooms) but very comfortable and cool in the Tokyo heat. The balcony isn’t accessible but the windows open for a view if you want it. The train station is a short walk and there’s a konbini just down the road in either direction. We rarely used the bus system but there is a stop right in front of the building. All around great location for a stay in Tokyo!"

"Very clean. It was spacious for us, family of 6 (without any big luggages). There are convenience stores & 1 bigger grocery store (that we know of), and bus stops within walking distance. No elevator, but it wasn't too bad to climb up to 5th floor. AC was great. 4 bunk beds (with soft mattress!) in the room. "The rooms were clean but the bedding was stained and dirty. The couch was also dirty and stained as well. The hot water did not work in the bathtub did not work. The shower room grate would over flow. This would cause water to overflow onto the shower room floor. The front door lock did not work properly at times. Needs a locksmith to examine. Fridge - satisfactory Microwave - satisfactory Kitchen, living, and bedroom areas were satisfactory. Quiet area. Easy access for cabs. Close to all...

"Orbitz didn't specify that the room I booked was for male only. So upon the check in, they said I had to get the only available room which was smoking room and paid more. Felt like got ripped off because Orbitz already used all of my Orbitz bucks on this reservation. The hotel is more like apartment building located FAR from central Tokyo. Exactly 1 hour from Shibuya station. It's close to Aoto station, which runs by other company that is not Toei Subway or JR, so ended up paying more for train...

"The staff were helpful at all times. There was no communication problem in English. We left our luggages after checking-out and came back for it. The location is very close to a mall and there are lots of good place to eat nearby. The bus loop going to Ichikawa Zoo is in front of the mall."
