"Orbitz didn't specify that the room I booked was for male only. So upon the check in, they said I had to get the only available room which was smoking room and paid more. Felt like got ripped off because Orbitz already used all of my Orbitz bucks on this reservation. The hotel is more like apartment building located FAR from central Tokyo. "This hotel was amazing! Our room had the skytree view and it was worth it! The room was clean and the beds were super comfortable! I'm so glad we tried the breakfast, because it was a wide variety of Japanese delicious dishes and so affordable: 5000 yens for the 3 of us for all you can eat. Beautiful hotel in the best location, 1 min from the metro station. You can't do better!"
