"Honestly I’m disappointed by this hotel. It was the highest star hotel and most expensive for our whole Japan trip and at the end - so we were looking forward to it. The room was nice, very clean, pretty good size for Japan standards. The shower head is terrible - it’s like a jet. The breakfast is outrageously priced if not paid in advance on Expedia first. It was 3800 yen per person - the most expensive breakfast buffet of our whole trip. We didn’t try it so I can’t comment on it since we bought our breakfast for our entire family for less than 2000 yen total at the Lawson right below the hotel everyday. Also, this was the only hotel that had time restrictions on the hotel lobby coffee machine and didn’t provide snacks throughout the day to guests. Good location, but overall disappointing for the star level and price. "

"The place was nice, but the stools in the bathrooms were so dirty and disgusting. The staff was helpful and very nice. The room the nice but not storage and no bathroom door. Not place to store suitcases. No hooks to hang our towels. I would stay here again, but that’s after looking at some place better first."
