Excellent location. Good room. Good views. Good customer service. Definitely recommended to stay. Sweets provided in the kitchen are good too. Washing machines and dryers provided are clean too.

Great location!!

Wish we have planned to stay an extra night. Location is wonderful, right between the JR Rail Station and the historic preservation section. Loved having tatami mats and a view of the temple. Great roof top view, fabulous for sunset views. Wish the bar stayed open more.

Enjoyable stay.

Lovely hotel with exceedingly friendly helpful staff and a rooftop bar with lovely views. Our kettle in the room was faulty, but five minutes after informing them they brought us a new one. Stairs are a bit steep and no lift, but not a problem for us.

I really love that it has an useable kitchen with all the cookware, dishes and utensils which allow me to cook and have an enjoyable meal in the property. Free laundry service is great too!

It was close to lots of tourist places, not too far from train/bus station. Check in was virtual. The staircase is steep. Bed & pillow cases. The bath towel was tiny, almost like a big hand towel but that was only downside. I was able to do washing which was great, you just buy detergent for 100 yen, washing facilities free. Would stay again.
