"I never saw an image of the exterior of the building in the advertisement on Expedia. I never read that access to the upper floor was via a steep staircase which made carrying two suitcases to one’s room difficult. The place appears to be managed by the Wat Hotel next door but without access to the Wat’s facilities. The walls between the rooms were such that one could plainly hear conversations next door. The room was fine but the experience frankly disappointing."

"I enjoyed the breakfast! It was one of the best breakfast so far. It had lots of choices from traditional Japanese to western choices. I appreciated it learning and tasting the Japanese breakfast as I am here to do so. The room was clean and quiet. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I wished we had a better view of the city but we got the wall and roof of the building next to us. I like that it was very close to the bus station and that we were able to leave our luggage before we checked in so we could explore the city. We felt that the offer of the Yukatas and sleeping garments were really considerate. We enjoyed the carefully curated dishes for dinner.
