Hotel Ski di Takayama

"everything is perfect. "

"An excellent Ryokan with lovely staff. We felt very well cared for. Thank you very much for your hospitality. The breakfast is spectacular. As advised by the owners, this is a very very traditional old house (it’s the whole point of the experience), so one should not expect hotel things like black out blinds, or soundproofing."

"Large clean room, laundry and kitchen! Oh yeah, and complementary sake and sangria was lovely ! Perfect location to the train a bus stop as well!"

"We had a nice one-night stay here. Bedrooms were much bigger than anticipated and we were able to utilize the washer/dryer which was a plus. Very close to the train station."

"Staff excellent, stayed in a traditional futon room, stairs for second floor is quite narrow but doable, separate toilet to shower which was great. Large sleeping area. The private bathhouse was fantastic after a day of walking and well worth the additional cost, had a traditional breakfast which was delicious. Staff were attentive and gave us a lovely peach juice as a parting gift"

"Great tranquil space and wonderful staff"

"Very convenient location, next to bus station and old town Takayama"

"Beautiful hotel, near the train station. Very good breakfast and has a Onsen included"

"El personal fue lo máximo"

"This hotel was a gold standard my family love it! Nice and clean! Staff speaks English! Very good hotel A+++"

"El apartamento está muy equipado y es bastante amplio. Está en la misma calle que la estación a 10 minutos andando, justo abajo tiene un seven eleven que te viene muy bien. Nos gustó bastante lo recomendamos"

"This place was incredibly Japanese. If you want a truly traditional Japanese experience this is the place for you. The multi-course breakfasts and dinner were a work of art (if you love Japanese food). The onsen experience is incredible. Highly recommended."
