"The staff was very nice and helpful. They suggested a good restaurant, provided water, and helped me preorder a fixed price taxi for the airport for my return trip.
My room was upgraded and I am afraid that's what ruined it, because the noise ik the evening was insane. There's a Club nearby apparently facing the room I got. It started at 9 in the evening and and blasted untill morning, even on Thursday night. This made it impossible to relax in the room, no matter if it was upgraded or not. I...

"A great hotel in a nice location which is easy to access the metro and visit all parts of Istanbul. The hotel was spotless and the rooms are really well maintained. It’s not often you get a luxury carpet in the room to make it comfy to walk round. The bathroom is huge and easily supports couples.
The food and drink was lovely although the prices are steep. €11 for a 330ml bottle of Heineken!
The staff were really helpful and friendly and the indoor pool was a nice and tranquil place to be...
