Nevhodné!

Paní nás k našemu velkému šoku chtěla ubytovat do pokoje bez okna!!! Pokud jsme chtěli pokoj s oknem, řekla, že chce na ruku připlatit!!! S ničím takovým jsem se v životě nesetkala, v nabídce přes Hotels.com ovšem ukazuje pěkné pokoje s balkonem.

A nice hotel with good value for money

A nice hotel with good value for Money. The hotel is nicely located just of main street. The bungalow which we rented was Clean and fresh. The main issue we had was that the information on hotels.com is inaccurate. The owner explained that this was due to an error when information was passed from her to via expedia to hotels.com. Never the less at hotels.com it clearly says that you can have either one double bed or 2 single beds at the bungalow which isnt true. The bungalows all have one double bed. We then got an extra bed installed and again the information on hotels.com is innacurate. It says the price for the extra bed is per stay but the owner claimed it was per night. Again the explanation was the information chain through owner, expedia and hotels.com. The owner did offer to refund the per night charge though which was good service.

Good location,very friendly staff,helpful with all your travel needs (made phone calls for us for lost luggage with airport) in house tour booking available. .will be back In Khao Lak are lots of diving shops available and the restaurants are amazing!

Perfect for the price

Very good location on the main street. Walking distance from busstop. Simple but nice breakfast with different things made to order to choose from (scrambled eggs, yoghurt etc) Beach 10 minutes away Very nice and helpful staff Perfect for the price! Be aware that the rooms located towards the mainstreet can be noisy (did not bother us though) Will stay here again for sure!!!!

It's not a bed and breakfast

The place is amazingly clean, but if you pay for 'breakfast included' you're getting toast and coffee. If you want to upgrade to a full breakfast it will be 150baht for 1 egg and a piece of toast. Better off heading down the way for one that's half the price and much tastier! Wifi is super spotty. Just wasn't worth the price.
