"The location is super close to the airport, the room was clean, great shower, but I have to point out the amazing Manon! She went above and beyond. She truly made our stay terrific. She was so helpful, with directions, information about the airport, booked us a shuttle AND helped me bring our luggage up to the room! Every hotel should have someone like Manon at the front desk. Also, the food at Antipasto was delicious! Better than some of the meal we had in Italy! Highly recommend thus hotel if...

"Sebastian and Sylvie were excellent and highly professional hosts. The château is beautiful, spotless, and very well located.
The breakfast was excellent, and the staff was always friendly and welcoming. Everything was well maintained, and the atmosphere was both relaxing and charming.
I highly recommend this place — 10/10. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Bordeaux."

"Upon arrival, we were helped right away with check in. The staff were very helpful with getting my luggage to the floor our room was which was greatly appreciated! Room was clean and the AC was wonderful after a very hot journey getting to Bordeaux. The breakfast buffet was good enough for feeding us the next morning before doing our exploring around the city. Check out was quick and easy with friendly staff who accommodated us with English. I would definitely stay here again if I make my way...
