"The hotel was almost empty. I asked for the quietest area of the hotel. Had a business meeting next morning, They put me in area where the people either animals stay. The dogs were barking and fighting in the hallway at 1, 2 and 3 o’clock in the morning. Worst night of my life! Don’t stay in this hotel!"

"Hotel is dated and needs an update - tried to do some sort of bamboo/caribbean theme and it’s looking a little bit frayed around the edges. I enjoyed sitting outside and it has a nice pool and hot tub that look out over the lake so it’s a great place to enjoy florida evenings. Windows in the room were filthy and I had to ask them to clean them just so I could look out. Terrible gym with old equipment, Linens and furniture adequate but nothing special.
