"This was a wonderful place to stay in guanica. Its a 5 minute walk to playa santa, and 15 min walk to playa jungla. The place was incredibly clean and the layout was perfect for my family of 7. The kids love playing on the private balcony and the locals are so kind and hospitable. Will definitely be planning another stay."

"The only Pro is a great location. Everything else is negative. The instructions were provided only at 10 a.m., when you should check in. I was already driving at that time without even knowing the exact address where I was going. Parking is on the street. You can arrange an overnight parking for $10 but it is possible only when you contact them before 5 pm. I have arrived at 4.40 pm and called several times but no one responded. "The place is listed as sleeps 6. Yet there were only two bath towels and a floor towel. There was no toilet paper. I had to walk 4 blocks to buy some. There must be someone else on the same remote as the channels kept changing on the TV. The private parking lot is is 1.5 blocks away. Maps was not able find it as the address provided does not match the location of the lot. Probably the lot main office. The place was very clean. There is a food supply kitchen in the building with pans being banged...

"We were staying on our 30th Anniversary. The rooms looks ok . Our main problem : we were two days without water on the Apartment. This is horrible, even we reported it. Also the Microwave was dirty and the plates had MOLD. Never again!!"
