"Friendly staff"

"Big areas of black mould around the bathroom tiles, couple of holes that had been patched up, not good on the eye, towels only changed once on a three night stay and had to ask for toilet paper"

"Pool area could do with updating ie the tiles around the pool edges, small sauna, lockers some keys had broken holders"

"Firstly, the Hotel is very nice and the staff are absolutely amazing, the breakfast is delicious and the Globe restaurant has great food...the only problem I found was the constant door slammings every few minutes and the screeching of furniture on the wooden floors...it makes for a less calm environment for which a hotel should offer people."

"A Great place to stay in Drumcondra."

"Clean room and very helpful staff. I like the easy access to public transportation and close walk to shops and restaurants . This is a hotel meant for solo travelers or duos who are more so looking for a place to stay opposed to a hotel experience. I enjoyed the morning coffee everyday. I do wish they had an ice maker along with the water."

"Special thanks to the staff 'Aaron' that had quick response and cleaned the sink hole in our bath room . While another receptionist (a lady) that I complained on 13 April 2024 08:00 doing nothing, just said "I will contact technician". "

"Jederzeit wieder."

"Room was nice, quite dark. Gym is very small for size of hotel. Good selection for breakfast. Food in restaurant was average, but wine selection was good."

"The hotel was nice, however we were at the front of the hotel and it was quite noisy for a long time last night. The window didn't close properly so this didn't help. The room was nice and clean. A bottle of water in the room would have been good. Staff at reception were lovely and very helpful and the restaurant staff were very helpful. Thanks and yes I would stay here again"

"Absolutely loved this hotel. Beautiful and in an amazing location."
