"After driving 7 hours with four kids in rainy weather, we arrived at the resort to find the office had already closed. We thought it was no big deal since they had a number to call to get a key after hours. The security desk told me that I could not check in because I was not an owner and that I would have to come back in the morning. He also told us that this was stated on the website.
