"We were happy based on value. It didn't cost much and we didn't expect much. Just an affordable place to stay at a reasonable price. Staff very nice. Breakfast very basic. Rooms basic. I wish they had a fridge in th room and an ice maker in the hotel but now I'm being picky."

"The shops nearby is convenient. The problem with the kitchen is only 1 outlet is available. Had to unplug the ref to be able to use the microwave, toaster & portable stove. No bath soap was provided. The roll away bed was not comfortable to sleep on. Had to stand on the bed to adjust the fan(that is a safety issue). No kitchen utensils (knife). Smell coming out of the bathroom is a health issue. Since there was no AC it was very uncomfortable to sleep even fam was provided."

"The host are accommodating, we arrived at the CV transient around 1am, they let us check in still (we late due to our schedule availability and travel schedule). The place is simple, what you see is what you get. There is a fan in the room, you won't need AC since the temperature in Baguio is cold. Cons: The water heater is not working all the way through it will be hot for like a minute and then it's gonna be cold again, hopefully this will be fixed either way the place is good."

"Location is closeby to popular tourist spots, staff are courteous and helpful, but the facility needs some maintenance repairs to be done. There's a foul smell eminating from the bathroom floor drainage, the bathroom door is almost falling off, can't close it without lifting to adjust it. The free breakfast was good, there are meal sets to choose from."

"True/Facts: Our Room on the second floor does not have a working phone. It looked like a props/toy phone only. Very difficult for someone who is physically challenged with underlying conditions because if you need serv you have to walk down the stairs to go to front lobby. Management was informed but the service request was dismissed as unimportant. NO PETS policy but their own pets (cat/dog) roam around the property, even in their Cafe (Eagle's Nest) Alfresco where renters/transients eat our...
