Hotel Bisnis di Taman Intan

"Our recent stay at the Rocana Hotel was unfortunately quite disappointing. While some members of staff were fun, friendly, and welcoming, others came across as the complete opposite, which made the overall experience feel inconsistent. The location itself is good and convenient, however the parking situation was frustrating. Although the hotel advertises parking, spaces are extremely limited and availability is very hit and miss. On more than one occasion, we had to park on the street and get...

"A tired, dirty and dilapidated hotel…"

"I was on the top floor & on my first afternoon work was taking place on the roof & it drove me crazy. It was happening the following afternoon too but for a much shorter period. Everything else was really good. Nights were quiet enough Comfortable bed Good wifi Great breakfast Friendly helpful staff I'd stay again"

"Clean room and beach with helpful stuff. Worth recommending👍"

"Overall the size of room is quite large with one or two persons.. But the blanket was smelly a little bit"

"Nice location - close to the beach, clean inside, no wifi connection (something is wrong and couldn't figure out), lack of direction to assigned parking spots."

"Smal but comfortable apartment. Lovely views from the balcony. Could be so much better if the apartment and corridors were refreshed/ renovated. Very busy at weekends but very quiet Monday to Thursday. Owner of the flat very helpful. Few good nearby shops and restaurants. People very nice and friendly."

"This property needs serious renovation works and insect and pest control."
