"I enjoyed my stay, but the one thing I didn’t particularly like was the restriction on visitors. I understand the need for rules and security, but having limitations on visitors can be inconvenient, especially when staying at a Homestay. I hope the management will consider a more flexible visitor policy to make the experience more comfortable and welcoming for guests."

"Apartment not furnished for basic needs. Kitchen doesn't have: Frying pan, full set of cutlery( no dining knifes), soup plates for cereal, no glasses. No extra garbage bags, no eaxtra toilet paper. No laundry detergent. Oven is marked as temporarily out of service. Fact is it was never used. Fridge was not able to freeze and not even able to keep food cold in fridge section. "Communication with check in staff is very convenient via WhatsApp and prompt to respond. Instructions to collect keys and locating the designated parking spot are clear. Apartment is clean though the furnishing is spartan; will be more homely if the place is spruced up. The water heater and water pressure in the common bathroom didn’t work for us though; but the bathroom in the master bedroom worked well. Location is very convenient; almost next door to Aeon Mall."

"saya menginap tipe apartment. Sangat bersih, luas, fasilitas sangat lengkap, sungguh sulit dipercaya saya bisa mendapatkannya dg harga yang murah. Lokasi hotel persis diseberang lego land, hanya 5 menit berjalan kaki melewati mall of medini (sebutan mall agak berlebihan bagi saya, sebenarnya hanya terdiri dr beberapa resto dan mini market). Lingkungan hotel sangat sepi. Tetapi untuk wisata keluarga ke lego land, tidak ada yg lebih baik selain menginap disini. "

"The host for this property never provided me check-in instructions and never responded to communications attempts by me or by the hotels.com help disk. I used the ohine number included in the reservation confirmation, and I believe hotels.com help desk used the in-app message service. The host didn't respond to either. I finally had to book last minute elsewhere. This was a pre-paid reservation but as of yet I've been unsuccessful getting a refund. "

Despite advising our check in time and confirmation that we were able to check in at 3pm, our keys arw not available as unit still under housekeeping status. Keys collected close to 5pm.
