Melhorar o check-in! antecipando os nomes dos hóspedes na recepção , pois o meu e da minha família não estava na lista de reserva. Tive que entra em contato no Zap com os responsáveis do Flat , que gerou um certo constrangimento para mim e minha família; nos próximas reservas espero que conserte essa falha . Há estadia foi ótimo 👍.
