Beach is beautiful in front of property. Staff was subpar. Dining at location expensive compared to neighbor hotels. Food on the hotel to the left was better and much more affordable. Dangerous road to get to location from Recife. City nearby (Tamandaré) has a certain charm but overcrowded, trash everywhere, construction trucks. Chaos!

it was the best of times it was the worst of times but ultimately it worked out very well. There was some confusion with our reservation and we were put in a hellishly squalid ground floor room which did not have functioning locks on the patio doors. At first they tried to tell me that was not a problem because their guests were not those kind of people. (!?) I can do drama when needed and let them know forcefully that this was not acceptable. Suddenly we were upgraded to what seemed to be the best suite they had. Truly breathtaking with ocean views and a good sized veranda overlooking the pool. Really perfection and we quickly sort of forgot about the earlier mess. If you are thinking to stay here ask for the single digit rooms on the second floor and you'll have a great stay. To their credit there seems to be a lot of construction going on so perhaps it will improve with the new additions. The staff was OK, a little strange. I'm used to being in hotels where when you pass someone they smile and say "good morning" or similar. I thought that was pretty standard yet here they must have been trained to not do this, it was universal so must be intentional. Not a big negative, but still a little off.

Então. Sobre a estrutura externa não temos o que reclamar. Gazebos a beira mar, redes e espreguiçadeiras. Na parte da piscina tbm: Limpa, organizada e com salva vidas. A estrutura externa é maravilhosa e confortável. O que deixou a desejar foram: o café da manhã e os bangalôs. O café da manhã tem poucas opções de refeições e demora-se muito na hora da reposição. ficamos esperando pouco mais de 10 minutos para repor uma garrafa de café e a tábua de queijo, onde já deveriam estar prontos para a reposição. E sobre o bangalô, pegamos ele pensando que iria ser mais confortável que o apartamento já que é mais caro. Porém a estrutura do mesmo está depreciada: cama tem uma parte mais baixa no colchão, o banheiro com mofos e bacia sanitária meio solta. vimos que estão em obras para fazer maiores bangalôs e com piscinas reservadas, porém deveriam dar atenção ao que está em funcionamento no momento.

Precisa de reforma nos quartos. Ótima equipe

A área comum da pousada é boa e bem cuidada, principalmente a estrutura de praia/piscina. O atendimento é atencioso de toda a equipe e o café da manhã é excelente, porém os quartos deixam muito a desejar. São velhos e precisam urgentemente de manutenção, a cama é pequena e desconfortável. Roupas de cama e banho de baixa qualidade. Estão construindo novos chalés, com isso tem um caminhão betoneira fechando a entrada e fazendo barulho na região dos quartos. Espero que aproveitem a oportunidade para reformar os atuais chalés. A praia em frente a pousada é boa, mas localização que não me agradou por estar perto a um bar de praia, bora bora, e parada de passeios, muito popular e barulhento.

Hotel tem uma bela praia e também uma área externa muto boa com uns bangalôs na beira da praia perfeitos porém o atendimento é ruim e o gosto de qualquer comida do restaurante é muito ruim, o único funcionário prestativo e atento é o Paulo, os funcionários da recepção deram muitas informações erradas, não ficaria nesse hotel novamente, os quartos eram muito velhos.

Final de Semana em Carneiros/PE

O hotel possui uma área de convívio - piscina, apoio na praia, os funcionários - tudo maravilhoso. A propriedade é pé na areia, com um visual incrível. Mas, quanto ao nosso bangalô - o colchão pessimo, lençóis e toalhas velhos, banheiro ruim, precisam de uma repagina grande, pois os móveis estão mto usados, o sofá com o estofado azul bic e mto sujo, frigobar envelopado de azul bic vazio! Espero que nossas críticas construtivas sirvam de inspiração para melhoria do empreendimento e que oriente aos próximos hóspedes.

Fomos de 17 a 21 de abril , as instalações da pousada são muito boas,tenho algumas observações a fazer quanto o café da manhã,não existe manteiga, oferecem margarina,um absurdo,quanto a limpeza da piscina,nunca vi ninguém limpando e tá sempre cheia de areia e água turva , no último dia a água tava tão turva que não entramos na água, o mar na frente compensava tudo, muito perfeito,alguns itens do café da manhã tem de ser solicitado, mais não tem nenhuma informação disso, só vimos porque a mesa ao lado tava solicitando, a recepção precisa de uma reforma, muito acanhada, os garçons e atendentes no geral são sempre muito solícitos,destaque para tamirys , Beatriz e Iran , Iran se esforça muito pra atender os pedidos dos hóspedes , o lugar é lindo , a área verde muito bem cuidada, os bangalôs de frente pro mar pros hóspedes são perfeitos, o restaurante é toda parte de alimentação são terceirizados, teria de ter uma atenção especial com o café da manhã urgente, cabe ao dono da pousada ficar ciente e tentar resolver, voltaria outras vezes esperando algumas melhorias.

De maneira geral é uma boa opção de hospedagem na praia de Carneiros. Pontos de melhoria: - O Frigobar não fica abastecido. Se não levar água para o quarto e necessitar durante a noite, terá que ir até a recepção. - Algums itens do café da manhã são cobrados a parte. Usualmente os cafés da manhã servidos nos hotéis do Nordeste são fartos. Precisa melhorar. - Não existe comércio nas proximidades. Seria conveniente uma lojinha ou pelo menos uma vending machine na recepção. Os demais item são positivos, tais como localização e tamanho dos quartos.

O atendimento é muito bom, a comida e área da praia e piscina são excelentes. Foi a nossa segunda vez no hotel. Voltamos com a nossa bebê. O quarto podia ser mais vedado de uma iluminação e poderiam instalar secadores de parede nos banheiros.
