"We only stayed 1 night for a concert we were in town for, but we enjoyed our stay. There's a small lift gate to get in and out which is activated by your room card. There's a gate attendant who was very friendly and helpful upon our arrival. The front desk staff was also very welcoming and friendly. There was plenty of parking.
